A client sought small-batch sock customization with specific Pantone color and heel appliqué embroidery. Small-batch production couldn’t support custom Pantone thread, and monitor differences caused color dissatisfaction. The client later requested side direct embroidery instead. We guided color selection from our thread card, adjusted processes. The final batch satisfied the client. We offer flexible, client-centric small-batch customization.
