Step 1: Confirm Style

There are many styles of caps and hats on the market, including baseball caps, beanies, truck caps, visors, straw hats, and so on. The first step is to confirm the style you plan to import.

Step 2: Confirm Fabric

Many materials are available like Cotton, Polyester, Rpet (recycled material ), PU, Leather, Nylon and so on.

Step 3: Confirm Colors

You can give us your required Pantone colors or choose from our current available colors in hand.

Step 4: Confirm Closure

On the backside, various closures like metal buckle, plastic closure, velcro and so on.

Step 5: Confirm Logo

For custom logos, various logo processes are available, including printing logos, embroidery logos, woven patches with custom logos, metal plates with custom logos and so on.

Step 6: Confirm Rest Details

Various details such as seamband, sweatband, sandwich, trimming, eyelets, top button and so on.

Step 7 Mass Production+Inspection

After the PP samples are confirmed, we go ahead with mass production, all working lines will be in our own workshop, and we have high-quality control, and do 3 times inspections, before mass production starts, we will inspect all of the raw materials, during the mass production, we will do a middle inspection and after all goods finished, we will do a final inspection and then take all goods in our warehouse for shipment.
