How to order?

Please find below the optimized instructions for ordering from our online store: 

STEP 1: GET IN TOUCH

Contact us and provide a detailed description of the hats and scarves products you require. Let us know if you need to add your logos or any files that could assist us in fulfilling your order.

STEP 2: RECEIVE A QUOTATION

Within 24 hours, one of our sales team members will respond to your inquiry with a detailed quote. The same person will handle your inquiry from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in your order details.

STEP 3: TECH PACK APPROVAL

Once the deposit (or full payment for sample orders) is made, we will prepare your tech pack, including all artwork details such as placement dimensions and colors. We will submit the tech pack for your approval.

STEP 4: SAMPLING

We will proceed with a sample production. Sampling time is approximately 3-5 days if we have the raw materials in stock. HD pictures from different angles will be sent for your approval. Shipping arrangements can also be made.

STEP 5: PAYMENT

You can make the payment via our secure online payment system or choose from the available payment options like Xtransfer.

STEP 6: BULK PRODUCTION

Once the payment is confirmed, we will initiate bulk production. The normal production time is around 7-14 days, assuming the raw materials are in stock.

STEP 7: DELIVERY

Once the products pass our quality control, they will be ready for shipping. We offer worldwide shipping options, including air (6-8 working days) and sea (30 days). A tracking number will always be provided.

STEP 8: AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Upon arrival at your destination, we provide support for customs clearance if needed. Should you have any inquiries or concerns regarding the goods, our FUANGER team is always here to assist you.
